Gruber Ventures
This policy explains how Morning Brief (the "application"), operated by Gruber Ventures, accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data. The application is for its owner's personal use only. Its only user is the owner, and it accesses only the owner's own Google account.
Google user data is used only to provide the application's features to the owner: preparing the owner's morning brief and sending notifications to the owner. It is not used for advertising, not sold, and not used to build or train general-purpose AI or machine-learning models.
Google user data is not shared with, disclosed to, or transferred to anyone, except as needed to process it for the owner as described above.
The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Briefs are kept in the owner's private notes for as long as the owner chooses. Access to the Google account can be removed at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, after which the application can no longer read or send any Google data.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
